On-Campus Accommodations

Western University residence buildings are ranked among the best in Canada and ready to welcome International ACAC attendees July 7 to 12, 2024. Within easy walking distance to all conference sessions, activities, receptions and exhibits, our front desks are staffed 24 hours a day for all your solution centre requests and guest support.

Each residence is accessible and has accessible room types available for individuals requiring accommodation. Rooms are furnished with a single bed, dresser, desk, chair and closet.

Complimentary wireless internet is available upon your arrival, credentials for logging onto our wireless network will be provided. Western ConnectIT support is also available for those with connection problems.

Guests are welcome to use the in-house exercise rooms in each residence outfitted with a basic selection of fitness equipment.

The International ACAC conference rate is per person per night in CAD:

  • Early Bird (March 13 - April 17): 135 CAD
  • Regular (April 18 - June 3): 140 CAD
  • Late (June 4 - June 26): 150 CAD

Enjoy the following in on-campus accommodations:

  • Full hot breakfast: included with accommodations and located in each residence building featuring locally sourced foods
  • Air-conditioning: each unit is equipped with its own climate-controlled heat/air conditioning unit adjustable to personal preference
  • Lockable bedrooms: each person will have their own lockable single bedroom, semi-private room styles do vary between buildings with either 1 to 3 suite-mates
  • Items provided: Bed linens, pillows, blanket, towels, facecloth and washing soap
  • Suggested items to bring:  hair dryer and shampoo
  • Complimentary parking with on-campus accommodation reservations
  • Floor lounges with cable television and comfortable seating

Note: only registered conference attendees may stay on campus; no guests, family members or minors.

Registration opens in March, but you can become a member of the International ACAC now.

Conference room assignments and room keys will be distributed at registration and will utilize three of our residence buildings.

Off-Campus Accommodations

Western has secured special rates for conference guests at hotels in London, Ontario.

Most hotels are located in downtown London within a 10-20 minute ride by taxi to Western's campus. Transportation is also available through the London Transit Commission bus routes throughout the city. 

Your conference credentials will allow you to ride London Transit buses free of charge during the conference. We'll post information about routes to ride to/from downtown when the new transit schedules are released in May
